Strong as a Mother

Step into a supportive circle where your strength as a mother and as an individual is celebrated. Embrace the journey of nurturing both your family and yourself.

About Rori

I was diagnosed at 33 years old with Triple Negative Breast Cancer & utilized fitness during my treatment. While in active treatment, I studied at the National Academy of Sports Medicine to become a Certified Personal Trainer. I then furthered my education by enrolling in the Cancer Exercise Training Institute, earning my certification as a Cancer Exercise Specialist. While my specialization falls within Breast Cancer, I can safely prescribe fitness programs for all individuals! Whether you are actively looking to reduce your risk of developing breast cancer, currently diagnosed, or celebrating your survivorship, there’s a place here for you. Each client is provided with a safe and customized training program in alignment with their current state of well-being.
