About Rori

While in active treatment battling Triple Negative Breast Cancer, I earned my certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Certified Personal Trainer, and later completed advanced training through the Cancer Exercise Training Institute to become a Certified Cancer Exercise Specialist. I have since expanded my education to include lymphatic-supportive movement, women’s fitness, and menopause coaching, recognizing the unique physical and hormonal challenges survivors face across different life stages.
